For few welding joints on preassembly parts, pushing devices with a pneumatic support where necessary can reduce the cycle time and considerably increase the repeatability in comparison with simple manual workstations due to the fixing of parts in jigs.

If assembly must take place immediately before the welding at manual workstations due to a lack of fixation, rotating jigs make it possible to effectively use the non-productive times. While one part is being welded, the second can be assembled. Security is provided through protective panes or lighting grids.
