Automatically control the quality

With process monitoring, there is a differentiation between live recording and offline evaluation.

The recording is used for monitoring and quality checks. Using live measurement trends, interventions can be made early on in the process before poor welds are produced. With the LRM regulator, this can automatically occur using measured QA values. Using the PC interface, the control logic and increments must simply be defined in a matrix.

In the offline evaluation, important quality characteristics, such as mean value, dispersion and process capacity values can be calculated.
